For each video, we have a clip optimized for 56K modems, with a download stream of 34Kbps. For the video guitar lessons, we have a second clip optimized for DSL or cable, providing higher bandwidth users with better quality samples. Over the next few months we will be adding higher bandwidth clips to the Vestapol section of the site.

Please note that the clips are highly compressed to allow for streaming, especially over 56K modems. They do not reflect the quality of the actual videos.
