Monthly memberships auto-renew every month on the same day as originally purchased. For example, if you signed up on the 14th of the month, you will be charged on the 14th each month.

Yearly memberships renew annually, on the same day as purchased.

Simply visit the Account page, where you can view your subscription status, billing cycle, update your payment source and cancel your auto-renewal.

3. Click the Update Billing Info button in the Actions column to update your Credit Card.*

Your new payment method will be verified and you may see a $0 authorization (not a charge) from 'Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop' on your credit card.

*Please note if your auto-renewal is canceled, you won't be able to update your credit card. You'll need to repurchase your subscription.

• Click on the "Content Access Status" tab.
• Click the "Cancel Renewal" button located in the "Actions" column to cancel your All Access Pass membership.

If you choose to cancel your All Access Pass, you will continue to have access to all content until the end of the current billing period. Once the current membership period concludes, your access will expire, and you won't be billed for the following period.

To reactiveate your membership simply sign up for either the monthly or yearly option again.
